Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead – Kanazeh Lawn Service Lansing, MI $20–$25/hr (based on experience) Full-Time | Seasonal Flexibility

The Opportunity Kanazeh Lawn Service is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead projects and oversee daily crew operations. In this role, you’ll manage installations and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead crews in tasks such as mulching, planting, edging, and trimming

Train, mentor, and supervise team members

Operate and oversee trailers, trucks, and equipment

Communicate with clients and ensure project goals are met

Enforce safety standards and maintain organized job sites

Support seasonal services (spring/fall cleanups, snow removal)

Qualifications

2+ years landscaping experience (required)

Prior leadership/crew lead experience preferred

Valid driver’s license + clean driving record

Ability to haul trailers and operate equipment

Strong communication and organizational skills
