Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate a crew, extensive knowledge of Florida landscaping materials and plant species as well as the ability to navigate blueprints .

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage landscape installation crews on job sites

Read and interpret landscape blueprints and site plans

Properly lay out and mark plant locations according to plans

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule

Train and lead crew members while maintaining quality standards

Ensure safe operation of equipment and adherence to job site safety procedures

Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors

Monitor job progress and maintain high-quality workmanship

Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years of landscape foreman or supervisory experience

Strong knowledge of Florida plants, shrubs, palms, and trees

Ability to read blueprints and perform accurate site layout

Experience with landscape installation and planting techniques

Ability to lead and manage a crew efficiently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
