Compensation$50,000 - $70,000 OTE paid hourly , depending on experience and skill level ( paid hourly as $24.04 - $33.65 ). • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: • Lead and actively participate in the completion of commercial and residential landscaping, lawn maintenance, irrigation installation/repair, and seasonal snow removal • Supervise a crew of 5+ team members, providing clear instructions, motivation, and accountability • Read and execute site plans and blueprints with precision • Operate and maintain landscape equipment (skid steers, compactors, saws, etc.) • Ensure job sites are safe, clean, and organized • Communicate effectively with project managers and office staff—while making day-to-day decisions independently • Plan and manage daily tasks, materials, and crew productivity to meet project timelines • Respond to weather-related demands in the snow season, leading snow-clearing operations when needed • Coach team members on best practices to uphold Maloney Landscapes’ standards of quality and service Qualifications: • 5–6+ years of experience in landscaping, construction, or agriculture • Experience with skid loader, excavator, laser level, blueprints, and has a commercial driver's license • Prior leadership or foreman-level experience strongly preferred • Proficiency in reading and implementing landscape and irrigation plans • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Experience with snow removal and willingness to work during winter weather events • Excellent communication and crew management abilities • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physically able to perform outdoor work in a range of weather conditions Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 OTE
