We’re hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead crews installing hardscape and softscape projects, including garden beds, plantings, sod, grading, drainage, pavers, retaining walls, and steps.

What You’ll Do

Lead and work alongside a crew of 1–3 team members

Install garden beds, sod, drainage, pavers, retaining walls, steps, and more

Read and execute plans and blueprints

Manage materials, equipment, and daily production goals

Communicate with supervisors and clients

Maintain safety, quality standards, and on-time project completion

Document job progress and process change orders

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years landscaping or construction experience

Proven crew leadership skills

Skilled with excavators, skid steers, tampers, saws, and hand tools

Ability to read plans and delegate effectively

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills

Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors

Knowledge of site safety protocols

Required: Valid Driver’s License & MN DOT Card (Obtain prior to hire)
