Landscape Foreman

Pay: $20–$24/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time (40-50 hours per week)

We are looking for a hands-on Landscape Foreman to add to our team.

Position Overview

The Landscape Foreman leads on-site landscaping projects that support pool, hot tub, and sauna installations as well as standalone landscape projects. This role is responsible for coordinating daily job site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safe, efficient job sites. The ideal candidate is experienced in landscaping and comfortable leading a team in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute landscape projects
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site
• Train and mentor crew members
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness
• Enforce safety standards and proper work practices

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or outdoor labor
• Foreman or crew lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read basic plans or site layouts
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
