Nargi Landscaping is a growing landscape company based in Poughkeepsie. We specialize in detailed garden work, and professional landscape installations. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in quality work.

Position Overview

This position focuses primarily on garden installations and landscape improvements, including planting, bed preparation, mulching, and landscape construction support.

You will work on beautiful residential / commercial properties throughout Dutchess County and surrounding areas as part of a small, professional crew.

Responsibilities

Installing trees, shrubs, and perennial gardens

Preparing garden beds (edging, soil prep, grading)

Installing mulch, soil, and amendments

Plant layout and placement

Transplanting existing plants

Light hardscape assistance when needed (stone, edging, etc.)

Maintaining clean and organized job sites

Operating basic landscape equipment and tools

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping, gardening, or outdoor labor preferred

Knowledge of plants is a big plus

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Reliable transportation to shop/job sites

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work well with a small team
