Pay: $18 to $23 dollars per hour

Schedule: Full Time - Monday through Friday

Sustain Lawn and Landscape installs outdoor living environments including patios retaining walls drainage systems grading and landscape construction for residential and commercial clients throughout the Lansing area.

Position Overview

Sustain Lawn and Landscape is seeking a Landscape Installation Foreman to lead crews performing landscape and hardscape installation projects.

The Foreman is responsible for coordinating job site operations managing crew productivity and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise landscape installation crews

Manage daily job site setup and workflow

Interpret landscape and hardscape plans

Oversee installation of patios retaining walls drainage systems and plant installations

Train and mentor crew members

Operate landscaping and construction equipment

Maintain safe and organized job sites

Communicate progress updates with management

Required Qualifications

Previous landscape or hardscape installation experience

Prior crew leadership experience

Ability to read or interpret landscape plans

Strong problem solving and organizational skills

Reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

Experience operating skid steers or compact equipment

Valid drivers license

Experience managing crews or project timelines

Strong communication and leadership skills
