Job Summary

This is a full-time, in-person laborer position requiring at least one year of experience in landscaping and landscape maintenance. The role demands a high level of physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

Experience: At least one year of landscaping and landscape maintenance experience is required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs, and carry materials.

Must be able to bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance.

Ability to work in a kneeling position and walk at a brisk pace for extended periods.

Capable of working in rain and extreme temperatures.

Skills & Knowledge:

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.

Good verbal communication skills.

Work Ethic:

Must be a motivated, punctual, and dependable individual with a "win-win attitude."

Attention to detail is crucial, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to follow directions and keep all equipment in good working order.

Compensation and Work Details

Compensation: Pay is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time.

Schedule:

10-hour, 12-hour, or 8-hour shifts.

Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
