Responsibilities:

Perform general landscaping duties including mulching, trimming, edging, and weeding

Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as pruners, trimmers, and blowers

Assist with excavation labor, grading, and site cleanup tasks

Follow crew leader instructions to complete jobs safely and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in company vehicles

Be willing to be flexible on a day-to-day basis as

Requirements:

Prior landscaping, groundskeeping or outdoor labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Valid driver's license is a required
