Landscaping Laborer Lawn Care Crew Full Time • Lansing, MI

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

About the Role

Sustain Lawn and Landscape is hiring Landscaping Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.

This is a hands-on outdoor role working as part of a team completing lawn care and landscaping services. No prior experience is required, and training is provided.

What You’ll Do

Perform mowing, trimming, and edging.

Assist with landscaping and property maintenance.

Operate lawn care equipment safely.

Load and unload tools and materials.

Maintain clean and organized job sites.

Follow daily service routes with the crew.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Reliable transportation.

Ability to perform physical work including lifting and bending.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Experience with landscaping or lawn care is preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the shift.
