Role Description

Seeking dependable Landscape Laborers to support mulching, planting, cleanup, and snow removal crews. This is a physically active role suited for someone eager to learn and grow in landscaping. Position is a 1099 contract with potential to convert to W2 status. A $250 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days.

Responsibilities

Assist with mulching, planting, and landscape installation

Perform seasonal cleanups, leaf removal, and debris hauling

Support snow removal efforts during winter (weather dependent)

Load/unload equipment and materials

Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment

Qualifications

Experience helpful but not required

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and reliable

Valid driver’s license preferred
