Carmine’s Lawn & Landscaping, LLC is seeking reliable and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our established team. We are a trusted lawn care and property maintenance company serving Dutchess County for over three decades. This position offers steady, full‑time work in a professional, team‑oriented environment.

Position Overview

Landscape Laborers are responsible for performing routine lawn maintenance and seasonal property care. This role involves outdoor work, safe equipment operation, and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism on every job site.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris

Support planting, mulching, pruning, and garden bed maintenance

Maintain lawn health through fertilizing, aerating, overseeding, and weed control

Operate lawn care equipment safely and efficiently (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)

Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols

Assist with seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow preparation, spring cleanups, and fall cleanups.

Provide courteous and professional customer service on-site

Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or landscape problems to supervisors

Participate in training to enhance landscaping knowledge and equipment skills

Properly clean, maintain, and store tools and equipment after use

Requirements

Valid driver’s license required

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred

Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality

Ability to work Monday–Friday with seasonal Saturday availability

Experience with zero‑turn mowers or truck/trailer operation is a plus

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
