    Summary of Responsibilities:

    As a Maintenance Foreman, you’ll lead a team in the field, ensuring high-quality residential garden maintenance on some of the region’s most beautiful properties. From day-to-day task execution to overseeing safety and schedules, you’ll balance crew leadership with hands-on work — all while representing the Lifestyle Landscaping brand with professionalism and care.

    Essential Functions:

    • Lead and manage a residential maintenance crew on daily tasks
    • Ensure high standards in pruning, edging, mulching, weed control, and other landscaping work
    • Organize and oversee materials, tools, and schedules to meet project goals
    • Maintain a strong safety culture through site inspections and adherence to safety protocols
    • Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction and job success
    • Monitor crew performance, hours, and project progress to keep jobs on time and profitable
    • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment responsibly and efficiently
    • Foster teamwork and a positive attitude among crew members

    Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

    • 2+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews (residential experience preferred)
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Strong knowledge of horticulture practices and maintenance routines
    • Experience with landscape equipment and safety procedures
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Valid, insurable driver’s license required
    • Certifications in pesticide application, horticulture, landscaping, or OSHA safety are a plus, but not required

    Compensationand Pay:

    • Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience - $19–$23/hour
    • Schedule: Full-time, 40–45 hours/week, with Saturdays scheduled during the season
