What you'll do:

Lead and manage a maintenance crew through daily route completion, ensuring all properties are serviced per scope of work and quality standards

Perform and oversee mowing, edging, blowing, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, mulching, and seasonal cleanup tasks

Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle and equipment inspections; report any maintenance or safety issues immediately

Manage crew productivity and time on each job site to meet route efficiency targets

Train, mentor, and develop crew members on proper techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols

Ensure accurate daily time tracking for yourself and all crew members using company systems (LMN)

Maintain professional appearance and conduct when interacting with clients on-site

Identify upsell opportunities and communicate potential enhancement work to management

Enforce all company safety policies and ensure crew compliance with PPE requirements

Responsibly drive company's dump trucks from jobsite-to-jobsite

Lead and train 2-3 crew members with daily tasks technique, efficiency, and quality standards

Ensure every property meets Green Garden's standard before leaving the site

Communicate with management on job progress, client concerns, and equipment needs

Keep equipment organized and report maintenance issues

What we're looking for:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance

Minimum 1 year of experience in a crew lead or supervisory role

Proficiency operating mowers, line trimmers, blowers, and hedge trimmers

Working knowledge of Pacific Northwest plant material, turf care, and seasonal maintenance practices

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
