Landscape Maintenance Supervisor
Focus: Bed maintenance, shrub/tree trimming, fertilization programs, and chemical compliance. Your responsibilities include: • Oversee daily bed maintenance, pruning, and fertilization operations • Supervise chemical application programs and ensure proper utilization • Lead and train grounds crew members • Identify lawn disease/pest issues and ensure proper treatment • Maintain equipment and enforce OSHA safety compliance Benefits • 401(k) Matching • Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • Career Advancement • Health Insurance • Vision Insurance • Dental Insurance • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough site inspections before and after services to uphold our high standards • Train, mentor, and hold your crew accountable, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork • Manage the logistics of equipment, trailers, and vehicle loading to streamline operations • Enforce safety standards and company policies, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment • Assist with scheduling, timesheets, and job documentation to maintain organized operations • Support snow operations as needed, ensuring year-round service continuity and reliability Qualifications: • Proven track record of leading and coordinating teams to achieve operational goals • Ability to conduct thorough site inspections and uphold high standards of service • Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills to mentor and hold crews accountable • Experience in managing the logistics of equipment, trailers, and vehicle loading for streamlined operations • Grounds maintenance and fertilization experience required • State applicator license (Core, 3A, 3B, 6) required • Strong knowledge of plant health and chemical programs • Supervisory experience preferred • Valid driver’s license (chauffeur license ability required) Compensation: $23 - $27 hourly
