We have an opportunity for a Spray Tech to join our team in our Tampa location. This role is Full-Timeband expected to work Monday-Thursday, Friday's optional.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and dedicated professional with strong manual dexterity and at least two years of experience in the lawn and ornamental field. You must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., working outdoors in high temperatures, and operating both a hose & reel and a zero-turn spray machine. A clean driving record with a valid US license (for a minimum of 3 years) is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform chemical and fertilizer applications on assigned properties.
• Diagnose and treat insects/diseases; perform weed control.
• Complete pre-trip duties of loading equipment/chemicals for daily routes.
• Drive truck/trailer to and from job sites.
• Identify additional needs at assigned properties.
• Follow company safety protocols, identify, and communicate safety issues to the team

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a landscape fertilization department/role.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Clean driving record with a valid US license (for a minimum of 3 years).

Compensation for this role will be market competitive and will be reviewed in the pre-screen questionnaire.
