We’re hiring a Landscape Supervisor to take charge of our field crews, manage day-to-day operations on-site, and ensure that every lawn, garden, and outdoor space meets the high standards clients expect. Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing (And Loving): • Lead and motivate a landscaping crew —set expectations, guide performance, and lead by example • Drive a truck with a trailer safely to transport team members and equipment to job sites • Identify the scope of work on-site to support accurate estimating and project planning • Operate light to medium-duty equipment , such as skid steers, trenchers, and more • Support hardscape projects , including laying pavers, ensuring quality and precision • Use our CRM system to manage job schedules, track project updates, and communicate with the office • Perform core landscaping tasks: mowing, trimming, edging, planting, pruning, and clean-up • Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and clear communication • Maintain safety standards and job site cleanliness at all times Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Previous landscaping experience is required • Experience leading a crew or managing a job site —formally or informally • Proficiency in operating equipment • Experience laying pavers • A valid driver’s license with the ability to tow and park a trailer • Familiarity with CRM software for scheduling, notes, and updates • Excellent communication skills , detail-oriented mindset, and pride in craftsmanship • Dependable, punctual, and motivated with a commitment to quality and safety Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
