We’re currently hiring Landscape Laborers who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to work outdoors on a variety of commercial job sites.

Position Overview:

The Landscape Laborer performs physical tasks to support landscape installation and maintenance projects. You’ll work under the direction of a crew leader or foreman and contribute to projects involving sod, mulch, plants, irrigation, and hardscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment for daily jobs

Assist with installation of sod, mulch, trees, and shrubs

Perform landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, blowing, edging

Dig trenches and grade soil for plantings or irrigation lines

Clean up job sites at the end of each day

Follow all safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Work well with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently

Requirements:

Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in heat and varying conditions

Reliable transportation to job site or company yard

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly

Good attitude, dependable, and willing to learn

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Prior landscape or construction experience preferred but not required
