Position Overview:

We are actively hiring experienced Landscape Tradesmen and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outdoor position responsible for leading crews, operating equipment, interacting with clients, and completing professional landscaping projects safely and efficiently.

Pay: $14.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on experience, leadership ability, and qualifications.

Schedule:

Typical work hours range between 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. depending on project workload and seasonality.

Summer schedules may shift to Monday -Thursday due to overtime hours.

Responsibilities:

Lead landscaping crews on residential projects

Drive company trucks and trailers safely

Communicate professionally with homeowners and clients

Perform landscape installation work including mulch, drainage, shrubs, trees, hardscaping, and related services

Ensure proper loading and securement of equipment and materials

Complete walkthroughs and project updates

Maintain job site safety and cleanliness

Assist with training crew members

Complete daily project documentation and communication with management

Perform additional duties as assigned based on operational needs

Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred

Crew leadership experience preferred

Valid driver’s license required

Truck and trailer experience strongly preferred

Professional appearance and communication skills

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions

Military veteran background preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and carry materials throughout the workday

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to safely perform physical landscaping duties throughout the shift

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
