About the Role:

True Design Landscape in Graham, WA is looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Member to join their hardworking team! This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, build your skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. If you love working with your hands and enjoy seeing the results of your work, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing

Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and ground cover as directed by crew leader

Apply mulch, rock, and other landscape materials to job sites

Operate and maintain landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers

Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company vehicles

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site

Communicate effectively with crew leader and team members throughout the workday

Requirements:

Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred

Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in all weather conditions

Comfortable operating hand tools and power equipment

Reliable transportation to and from the job site or company yard

Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team

Ability to follow directions and take instruction from crew leader

Valid driver's license a plus
