We’re partnering with a highly respected Residential Landscape Design/Build firm serving the Canton market. This company has built a strong reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, loyal clients, and beautiful outdoor living environments.
They are looking for a Landscape Design/Sales Professional who can turn opportunities into signed projects and deliver exceptional client experiences.
If you enjoy consultative selling, designing outdoor spaces, and closing $30K–$200K+ projects — this is a strong opportunity.
What You’ll Do
• Follow up on warm leads and referrals
• Meet homeowners on-site to define scope, vision, and budget
• Create designs (Dynascape and/or hand sketch)
• Build estimates and proposals in Aspire
• Close contracts and manage your pipeline
• Transition projects to production and stay involved through completion
• Handle major change orders when needed
You’ll be selling full outdoor living solutions including:
Landscape | Hardscape | Patios | Drainage | Fire Pits | Outdoor Kitchens | Pergolas | Irrigation | Lighting | Complete Landscape Construction
What Success Looks Like
• $1M+ in sales Year 1
• $1.2–$1.5M+ in sales Year 2+
• Projects typically $30K–$60K (some $200K+)
• Gross margins 55%+
This is a producer role with real upside.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years residential landscape design/sales experience
Strong closing ability
Design software experience (Dynascape preferred)
Experience building estimates and proposals
Knowledge of horticulture and construction practices
Ability to manage a pipeline and hit revenue goals
Professional presence with homeowners
