Position Summary

The Landscaper is responsible for performing routine landscape maintenance services for commercial properties. This position requires physical outdoor work, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities

Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance

Maintain clean and professional job sites

Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently

Assist with seasonal services such as leaf removal, mulch installation, and property clean-ups

Follow company safety procedures and guidelines

Work as part of a team to complete assigned routes on schedule

Communicate professionally with supervisors and team members

Qualifications

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience preferred but not required

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong work ethic and dependability

Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Physical Requirements

Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting

Ability to work outdoors for extended periods

Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment
