Role
Varsity Mulching is hiring hardworking and dependable individuals to join our landscaping crews for the Spring 2025 season — March through August.
As a Landscaping Laborer, you’ll work under the direction of a Crew Lead to complete mulching, edging, and yard preparation projects that help revitalize homes across Bucks County. You’ll learn the fundamentals of professional landscaping, teamwork, and leadership while contributing to projects you can see the results of every day.
This role is perfect for college students or young professionals looking for hands-on work, outdoor experience, and the opportunity to grow into higher-level positions within Varsity Mulching. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Responsibilities
Assist with mulching, weeding, edging, and yard preparation as directed by the Crew Lead.
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day.
Follow instructions carefully to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn—no prior experience required.
Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
Valid driver’s license preferred (not required).
