    About Coeur d'Alene Resort:
    Our resort takes pride in its stunning outdoor spaces. We are looking for a dedicated Landscaping Maintenance team member to assist in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas.

    The Role:
    As a Landscaping Maintenance team member, you will perform routine maintenance tasks that keep our resort grounds healthy, clean, and attractive for guests and staff alike.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Mow lawns, trim bushes, and prune trees to maintain tidy landscapes

    • Water plants and apply fertilizers or pesticides as needed

    • Remove debris and keep walkways and outdoor areas clean

    • Assist with seasonal planting and landscaping projects

    • Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely

    • Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly

    What We're Looking For:

    • Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required

    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

    • Physical stamina to perform manual labor

    • Attention to detail and pride in quality work

    • Positive attitude and team player mindset

    • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
