We have an exciting opportunity for a career & growth-minded Landscape Sales Representative to join our team, combining strong landscaping experience with a passion for business development. They'll be responsible for collaborating with our Landscape Designer to provide clients with unique landscape design ideas, developing & communicating proposals, and closing the sale. Our ideal Landscaping Sales Representative is positive, proactive, and professional. They are creative and inspired with a passion for creating beautiful, unique landscapes, and an ability to communicate ideas in a way that creates excitement and passion for the client!
Our Landscape Sales Representative position offers a base salary of $73,000 with commission opportunities providing total compensation up to $110,000. We offer a full benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, 3 weeks of paid time off and a company vehicle. Responsibilities for our Landscape Sales Representative:
Conducting on-site consultations with residential clients to understand their needs, budget, and design preferences.
Collaborating with internal design and estimating teams to develop and present customized hardscape proposals.
Acting as the main liaison between clients and the field team to ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Performing site analyses that includes the assessment of current plants, soil conditions, lighting, the view, and architecture style of the house.
Developing design approaches that meet their desires within the site's potential.
Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.
Closing the sale with clients.
Liaising with fellow architects, project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
