We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team at Pinehurst Landscapes. In this key role, you will collaborate with clients to bring their outdoor visions to life. You will play a vital part in creating exceptional outdoor spaces while building strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction throughout the process.

This role is essential to our company's mission of delivering top-quality service and craftsmanship to clients. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including a base salary range of $75,000–$82,000, depending on experience, plus a commission structure with a tiered approach based on the gross profit of the project. Total compensation is expected to exceed $100,000. Responsibilities for our Landscaping Sales Specialist include:

• Conducting on-site consultations with clients to understand their needs and collaborate on ideas:
• Preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates to align client expectations with company objectives and financial goals;
• Partnering with the construction team to ensure seamless execution of design plans and the delivery of high-quality results;
• Promoting long-term property care by encouraging clients to invest in maintenance services that preserve and enhance their landscapes;
• Cultivating strong client relationships by providing attentive and responsive service;
• Collaborating with the sales and design teams to contribute to the company's overall success.

Requirements for our Landscaping Sales Specialist:

• 5+ years of landscaping sales experience required with proven sales experience in the landscape or construction industry;
• Basic knowledge of landscape construction and project logistics;
• Bilingual Spanish and English is a plus but, not required;
• High attention to detail and strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
