Your Responsibilities As a Landscaping Team Member, you will be our front-line hero, responsible for delivering exceptional care. Your role will include:
• Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, weeding, and pruning.
• Working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling physical tasks, including lifting up to 80 pounds.
• Ensuring daily operations are set for success, wrapping up each job with care.

Requirements To be considered for this position, you’ll need:
• Prior experience in landscaping or a similar service industry.
• A clean driving history and experience driving a trailer.
• A willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
• If you lack experience, you must be eager to complete training and obtain necessary certifications within six months.
Compensation and Benefits We offer competitive pay ranging from $18.00 to $23.00, based on your experience and ability to lead a team.
