Crew Leader – Landscaping and Snow Services Location: Eden Prairie, MN Pay: $55,000 to $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: Health and dental coverage, paid time off, and strong potential for career advancement

Join our team as a Crew Lead if you love outdoor work, thrive leading a crew, and take pride in delivering flawless landscaping, lawn care, and snow removal results. This hands-on leadership role puts you in the field every day, guiding your team, managing routes, and ensuring properties look their best.

Expect to lead from the front: working alongside your crew, coaching on the spot, troubleshooting issues, and keeping every job safe, efficient, and high-quality.

Primary Responsibilities

Direct daily routes and lead your crew to finish jobs safely, on budget, and to exceptional standards.

Train, motivate, and develop team members in real-time to improve skills and maintain top performance.

Use operations analytics, track KPIs, and optimize schedules and routes for better efficiency and output.

Handle hands-on landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, planting, mulching, hardscaping, and snow removal.

Drive work trucks, tow trailers, load and unload equipment, and perform physical work daily.

Enforce safety rules and uphold professional standards at every site.

Requirements

Proven experience in landscaping, lawn care, and/or snow removal.

Track record of successfully leading a crew, managing jobs, and solving problems on-site.

Working knowledge of KPIs, operations data, scheduling, and route planning.

High attention to detail and dedication to quality results.

Reliable, punctual, and ready to lead consistently.

Valid driver’s license (experience towing trailers and operating work trucks preferred).

Physically capable of heavy outdoor labor and lifting 50+ pounds regularly.

Fluent in English; Spanish language ability is a strong advantage and highly valued.
