LANEONE OPERATIONS - THE TEAM: The LaneOne Operations team is responsible for creating and executing unique LaneOne experiences for each event. We're a small team of dedicated professionals that strive to deliver seamless & enjoyable experiences; not only for our customers but also for our venue partners & LaneOne team members as well.

    The LaneOne Operations team works directly with venue teams to build unique premium experiences in every city. Each experience requires impeccable attention to detail; every touchpoint must be considered to deliver an intuitive and memorable product experience.

    With a technology-focused approach, the LaneOne Operations team is also responsible for communicating the elements of each experience to LaneOne teams, including the Ambassador, Marketing, Finance, Design, and Tour Operations teams. Effective communication, advanced tools, and sound processes are of utmost importance.

    LANEONE OPERATIONS - THE ROLE:

    The ideal candidate for this role has the passion, ability, and track record of effectively managing and communicating complex projects with lots of moving parts across teams. We're looking for a pragmatic, self-starter, who is comfortable working autonomously and making decisions equipped with the appropriate data. 

    We're seeking to incorporate career-focused individuals who are willing and able to work on a flexible full-time schedule, including during show nights & weekends.

    An aptitude for technology and experience working directly with software and automated processes is strongly preferred.

    The ideal Operations hire will strive to create & deliver unforgettable experiences, demonstrate exemplary attention to detail and communication skills, and have a desire for growth and opportunity in a rapidly developing small-team work environment.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Initiate and maintain strong venue partner relationships
    • Drive venue conversations to secure ticket inventory & venue experiential elements
    • Build & maintain LaneOne experiences for sale on LaneOne.com using LaneOne's proprietary backend software
    • Delegate and oversee day-to-day venue partner conversations
    • Communicate experience details across LaneOne teams using software tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, Excel, Trello, and in-house proprietary software)
    • Cover real-time needs of venue teams before, during, and after the event
    • Cover real-time needs of LaneOne teams before, during, and after the event
    • Reconcile & settle all ticketing fees associated with each event
    • Reconcile & settle all experiential elements for each event
    • Assist in crafting & delivering messages to fans for show updates & important details
    • Define, create, optimize, and implement internal process and policies

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
    • 3+ years of progressive work experience in operations or similar roles
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail
    • Data-driven, with strong analytical and quantitative skills
    • Dependable and punctual with time management skills
    • Relentless prioritization skills
    • Flexible schedule, including coverage on nights and weekends during events
    • Receptive to feedback and mentoring, with a passion for personal and professional development
    • High level of comfort and familiarity with mobile apps (iPhone and/or Android)
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and uncertainty
    • Ability to travel for on-site execution, sometimes on short notice
    • Experience managing or leading teams or projects
    • Bonus points for experience with Airtable or ticketing systems
