Inside Sales Representative

(Part time positions have daytime hours that can be flexible to your needs!)

Lange's Warehouse (the largest independent wholesale building material distributor in the country), is looking for full or part time inside sales representatives who are driven, outgoing and ambitious that are wanting to either start or grow their career in the building material industry. 

The independent inside sales representative’s duties will include but are not limited to:

• Developing meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
• Understand and demonstrate the product or service to the customer
• Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
• Improve sales skills to increase sales success rates

This position starts as commission only and is heavily incentivized during a short initial trial employment period. After meeting set sales and job role goals, you will be eligible to apply for full time employment for a position as a inside sales representative. Full time employment includes salary, commission and health benefits.

Job Requirements:

· Prior relevant work experience preferred but not required.

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

· Must be outgoing

· Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and financial analysis skills

· High proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

· Ability to effectively handle multiple assignments/project components simultaneously

· Ability to work independently and also as part of a team

· Self-motivated with a strong drive and sense of urgency
