The Commercial Loan Processor position retains the primary responsibility for assisting in all aspects of the Loan Servicing/Processing Department. The position will assist in all loan servicing functions, loan processing and special projects as needed for the Loan Operations/Servicing manager. Assures compliance with all Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Responsible for the processing of multifamily, commercial real estate, SBA, construction and business loans and any other loan requests. Assist Client Advisors with requests for appraisal bids and prepare Appraisal Engagement Letters as needed. Directly establish and audit any new loan files or upcoming loan maturity files to determine any deficiency items needed. Coordinate receipt of deficiency items with account officers, title companies and escrow companies in order to meet all requirements and guidelines. Upon receipt of deficiency items,discuss any items of concern with designated underwriter. All received items - financials, tax returns, appraisals, credit reports, etc. are to be scanned and saved to the Borrower file on the ''L'' drive with proper naming convention. Assist Client Advisors/underwriter with obtaining preliminary documentation such as prelim title reports, Environmental, Lexis-Nexis, UCC searches and assist with any other documentation orders as needed.
