Billing Coordinator - Residential Accounts

Our team cultivates, maintains, and installs the largest selection of homegrown trees, shrubs, perennials, and flowering annuals throughout the Metro. We are seeking career minded individuals to join our Lanoha Nurseries Administration Office Team. **
The Residential Accounts Billing Coordinator position is responsible for providing great customer service for our landscape design clients and coordination of the internal billing processes. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is independently motivated and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
Customer service support for landscape design clients and customer inquiries
Collaboration with Landscape Design Team to correctly process estimates, work orders, and invoices
Prepare monthly statements for customers and accounting leadership teams
Customer service for billing questions and payment arrangements
Coordinate and research customer discrepancies for timely resolutions
Daily sorting and distribution of incoming mail
Cross training to support varieties of office support responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of one 1 year experience with accounts receivable processes
Basic accounting experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Ability to organize and prioritize with strong problem solving and decision making skills
Proficient with Microsoft and/or Google products
High attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Construction Office experience is a PLUS!
Acumatica software experience is a PLUS!
