    YOU WILL:

    • Be the point person supporting the 2nd shift managers, make them run effortlessly.   
    • Collect Data, Track Data, Import Data, Report Data, Live in all things around clean, accurate DATA.
    • Paperwork Guru...From the Drivers, Claims, Returns, and everything in between, it is your paperwork.
    • Be the trainer and supervisor of the processing of Paperwork in the Ford CMT Program.
    • Be the right hand to Operations to prioritize business and need to know information.
    • Lead by example, be a utility player that the team admires because the positive attitude and the ability to get things done.

     

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    • Proven success in administrative role and as a leader.
    • Microsoft Suite skills, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint….use technology to work smart and get the job done well.
    • Excellent data management skills. DETAILS….we are all about them.
    • Solid Communication across the organization, with our customers, with our supporters and the team.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the flexibility to handle multiple competing priorities.
    • Solve problems by bringing solutions that are both in the box and out.
    • Ability to operate in a fast moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines.
    • Super Team Spirit and We can attitude!!!!

    HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

    • Prior success within Logistics, Transportation or Supply Chain industries
    • Bonus if you have worked with our customers
