We help the families of those that keep our society and economy moving forward.  Essential Workers work long hours to protect us, this gives us a great opportunity to show our appreciation. 

    We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

    A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. 

    Recruiter Position responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating with department heads to draft job descriptions and identify needed talent

    • Assist in managing onboarding, payroll etc.

    • Manage Breezy, our recruitment portal

    • Screen Resumes 

    • Conducting Interviews

    • Various HR duties

    Recruiter requirements are:

    • Tech Savvy - we are very tech conscious, so this is a must

    • BA/BSc degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is a plus
