    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly skilled Large Format Graphic Installer Manager to lead our installation department. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who balances expert technical knowledge with the ability to manage teams, timelines, and client expectations. You will oversee the daily operations of the install crew, ensuring every project—from massive building wraps to intricate retail displays—is executed flawlessly, safely, and on schedule.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and supervise a team of installers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback to ensure top-tier craftsmanship.

    Coordinate daily installation schedules, managing labor resources and equipment logistics to meet tight deadlines.

    Review project specifications and site surveys to identify potential challenges and develop efficient installation strategies.

    Maintain strict quality control on-site, ensuring all graphics, wraps, and signage meet CR&A’s high standards of excellence.

    Serve as the primary liaison between the installation team, project managers, and clients to provide real-time updates and resolve issues.

    Enforce safety protocols and ensure all team members are compliant with OSHA regulations and site-specific safety requirements.

    Oversee inventory and maintenance of installation tools, hardware, and vehicles to prevent downtime.

    Conduct on-site troubleshooting for complex installations, making executive decisions to pivot when environmental conditions change.

    Work closely with the Art Department to review files, layouts, and proofs, ensuring the final print matches the physical installation requirements.

    Qualifications

    5+ years of hands-on experience in large format graphics installation with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

    Expert-level proficiency in all types of vinyl applications, including textured walls, windows, and fleet graphics.

    Extensive knowledge of hardware, substrates, and various mounting techniques for rigid and flexible signage.

    Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage high-pressure situations.

    Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and operate in various weather conditions.

    Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

    Active OSHA 30 certification (preferred).

    Preferred Skills

    3M or Avery CWI (Certified Wrap Installer) certification.

    Advanced experience with architectural films and environmental branding.

    Proficiency in project management software and digital reporting tools.

    Experience estimating labor hours and material costs for installation bids.
