This Project Manager works with key business clients to manage the entire lifecycle of printing, graphics and installation projects, seeing them to successful completion. In this role you will have direct client interface and will be responsible for project details, client communication and oversight of complete project execution of large format print, fabrication and installation jobs.
Job duties include:
Decide the best print approach and estimate projects in company ERP system.
Convert estimates to jobs and create job jackets, supervise order details through the entire production process.
Work directly with account contacts on project and art file approvals.
Work in partnership with Account Managers; responsible for deadlines and deliverables for multiple client projects simultaneously.
Work independently while maintaining great communication across the sales team and team members in other departments.
Be a team player, dealing effectively, respectfully and professionally with co-workers in other departments.
Consistently problem-solve to ensure clients receive outstanding service, support and solutions that demonstrate an understanding of company business objectives.
Be highly proficient at understanding, navigating and using company ERP/estimating system across all relevant business functions.
Organize and file project files and job samples, electronically and physically.
