Responsibilities and Duties

PRODUCTION

-Operate large format laminator; loading and unloading 50lb. rolls of laminate

-Operate the vinyl cutter

-Prepare graphics for installation, weeding, and masking

-Sign production; mounting graphics on different substrates

-Manage daily workload cohesively with the project’s due dates

-Communicate clearly with designers

-In charge of material inventory/ordering and communicating the needs of the shop.

-Packaging and shipping orders

Qualifications and Skills

-Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination are a must.

-Familiarity with large format laminating and vinyl cutter is a plus, but not required. However, candidates must be willing to learn how to operate a large-format laminator, vinyl cutter, and sign production equipment. The ideal candidate will operate a large-format laminator and vinyl cutter daily, while also fulfilling production responsibilities.

-Previous experience with large format printing is a HUGE plus, but not required.

-Candidates must be willing to work in a fast-paced/sometimes stressful environment and can meet deadlines

-Project/Time management and good communication skills a must

-Ability to work well with others and independently
