Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) must be capable of selling industry leading brands and confidently build relationships with contractors, distributors, architects and consultants. Candidates for this position must have a history of demonstrated sales success and thrive on the ongoing challenge of selling in a dynamic marketplace. Sales experience in commercial construction products is preferred. The required competencies for this position are: sales ability, technical aptitude and applied learning, territory strategic planning and execution, customer centric focus, demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action, balanced and focused organizational skills, tenacity, oral & written communication skills, teamwork and integrity. The position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
