    Job Description

    In this position, you will lead to proactively improve process availability and performance, product quality, and safety as well as drive the ongoing development and proliferation of the continuous improvement culture. You will develop improvement strategies in collaboration with operational and corporate leadership, develop tactics to meet the strategic goals, and align the Engineering Services Team to achieve the goals and objectives.

    YOUR ROLE:

    • Lead strategic and tactical process improvement initiatives for the Engineering Services Team.
    • Advance plant continuous improvement strategies and align technical team tactics to achieve them.
    • Lead collaboration and linkage between technical resources.
    • Collaborate and align with engineering and operations functions.
    • Partner with plant operations leadership to develop technical problem solutions and data driven problem solving.
    • Oversee facility’s budgets and ensure spending is controlled and aligned within the flex budgets.
    • Identify, develop, and manage capital projects focused on quality, performance, availability, and safety.
    • Provide proactive training, education, and overall career development of direct reports.
    • Develop subject matter expertise within all direct functions and establish structures to optimize the talent in each of the functional departments.
    • Manage significant CAPEX spending geared toward business expansion and vertical integration.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • BS in Engineering or related technical field.
    • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment including managing others.
    • Demonstrated results through leadership and alignment of multiple technical functional disciplines.
    • Collaborative and strategic mindset with the ability to align the team focus and manage ambiguity.
    • Demonstrated project management skills, commitment to timelines, and stakeholder communication.
    • Data-driven approach to problem solving and process improvement.
    • Proven interpersonal & communication skills at all organizational levels.
    • MBA or other related Master’s Degree preferred.
