    Job Description

    As the On-Site Analyst you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Department at Larson and helping manage the relationship with Menards , one of our major customers. This position is responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and managing data related to sales and forecasting functions on the Menards Campus.

    The ideal candidate must have good communication, organizational and analytical skills, and experience in data analysis using tools such as Tableau and Excel.

    This is an onsite role reporting to Menards Headquarters located at Eau Claire, WI. with a possibility of going Hybrid in the future.

    What you will be doing

    • Collect and analyze data for sales trends and forecasting purposes.
    • Analyze sales and inventory information to develop recommendations to drive sales opportunities, improve margins and increase inventory turns.
    • Monitor exception reports as well as set-up and monitor SKU replenishment standards and status.
    • Support strategic planning functions including identifying key advertising drivers for sales development.
    • Work closely with vendor plant personnel to facilitate a timely and accurate order-fulfillment process.
    • Maintain effective working relationships with Menards employees, suppliers, and customers; promote and maintain the professional image and reputation of the company; ensure timely problem resolution and customer satisfaction.
    • Forecast and track daily sales, replenishment scheduling, and logistics coordination that provides for effective and efficient order fulfillment.
    • Leverage analytical skills to identify shortage opportunities, uncovering root causes, proposing solutions, and driving change.
    • Demonstrate ability to complete complex projects simultaneously meeting objectives, timeliness, and achieving positive financial results for Menards/Fypon and FBIN.
    • Provide support to Sales and National Account teams, including display/inventory maintenance and store resets.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned by FBIN in support of Menards/Fypon/FBIN initiatives.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BS in Business or Analytics or related discipline
    • 1-2 years relative experience in analytics/planning/forecasting within a retail environment
    • Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, identifying trends and drawing valid conclusions
    • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Advanced experience and capabilities with Excel software

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong analytical skills and timely decision-making ability
    • Ability to effectively collaborate across departments and business units
    • Ability to manage internal and external customer expectations
    • Experience with Tableau analytics software
