We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Telecommunications Tower Technician to join our team as a Level 3 technician. Key Responsibilities:

Lead teams of technicians on complex projects, including assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians

Perform advanced maintenance, repair, and installation of telecommunications equipment on towers and other structures

Use hand and power tools, as well as test equipment, to complete tasks

Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

Train and mentor junior technicians

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

5+ years of experience in telecommunications tower maintenance, repair, and installation, including experience leading teams on complex projects

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Ability to work at heights and in adverse weather conditions

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Familiarity with industry standards and best practices
