Saladworks is a restaurant that serves made-to-order entrée salads, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, and soups. We are proud of our nutritious menu and ensure that all pre-made signature salads average less than 500 calories. We have over 60 fresh ingredients. We also offer vegan and vegetarian options.

The Crew Member interacts with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner, helping them to understand our menu offerings and taking orders accurately. He or she will help with other duties such as cleaning and/or prep work. Candidates must be pleasant, courteous, communicate well with others, and strong guest service skills. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner

Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously

Ensures that work areas are clean, and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored

Helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed

Completes opening and/or closing checklists

Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in a food service setting is a plus, but not required

Must be pleasant, personable, and friendly

Must exhibit a sense of urgency

Must have good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, co-workers, management, and others

Must be able to remain stationary for periods of up to four hours
