Job Description

PROPERTY COMPLIANCE REPRESENTATIVE (“CODE ENFORCEMENT” / “BUILDING INSPECTION”) position open with the Las Colinas Association in Irving, Texas. This person will be responsible for the inspection of assigned properties, commercial and residential, for compliance with the Las Colinas Master Declaration, and applicable supplementary declarations, and adherence to improvements approved by the Architectural Control Committee. Providing information to property owners concerning violations and responding to other inquiries is an important aspect of this position.

The successful candidate will be able to identify areas of compliance and non-compliance according to submitted plans and effectively negotiate covenant issues to a point of resolution. Qualified candidates will have a working knowledge of and the ability to read construction drawings, be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and possess a minimum of intermediate skills with computer and general office equipment. Driving a company vehicle is integral to the job.

Salary range at time of hiring is $40,000 to $45,000. Position to remain open until filled.
