Laser Operator

Pay: $17-20/hr.

Shift: 7am to 3pm (Mon - Fri)

Description:

• The Laser Operator will prepare and operate the Laser machine to fabricate product according to specifications. Utilizing measuring equipment to ensure that the product has met all specifications.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
• 1 year Laser Operation experience or translatable experience
• Ability to use measuring devices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in a non-climate control environment
• Strong attention to detail

Job Duties:

• Receives work instruction, prints, and routers for jobs.
• Utilizes measuring devices daily to check and verify accuracy of work.
• Knowledge of laser machine operation and material limitations.
• Performs operator daily maintenance of machine and tooling as required.
• Capable of reading part drawings and understanding tolerance requirements.
• Monitor quality and maximize output of product.
• Willingness to work in all areas of the warehouse.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
