We are seeking a skilled Laser Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience with an Amada laser and have a strong mechanical aptitude. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment to produce high-quality components.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting machines to fabricate parts according to specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Maintain and troubleshoot CNC equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members in the assembly and fabrication of components.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery including press brake machines, CNC lathes, and plasma cutting equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in laser operation.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents effectively.
• Experience operating forklifts
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing quality work.
