Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload laser tag equipment before and after events
• Set up and break down game stations at customer locations
• Guide and supervise games, offering basic instructions to children
• Ensure a safe and fun experience for all participants
• Monitor equipment and troubleshoot basic technical issues during events
• Conduct pre- and post-event inspections of all equipment
• Occasionally assist with minor repairs or warehouse tasks

Qualifications

• Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and wear a company-provided uniform
• No use of alcohol, tobacco (including vaping), or recreational drugs during work hours
• Comfortable working with children ages 5 and up
• Basic knowledge of computers and electronic devices
• Friendly, professional, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
