THE POSITION: TREATMENT SPECIALIST/REMOTE SALES

TREATMENT SPECIALIST – REMOTE SALES JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a LaserAway Treatment Specialist, you will virtually consult and sell our aesthetic dermatology services to new and existing patients. A Treatment Specialist will reach out to new marketing leads provided by our social media marketing team. This role requires follow up with patients who have not purchased in the past. Our successful remote sales team is making upwards of 200 outbound calls a day to new/past leads. 

TREATMENT SPECIALIST/REMOTE SALES JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Initiate sales process by lead outreach; conduct initial consultation; describe LaserAway’s treatments and skincare line
• Close sales by building rapport with patient; explain product and service capabilities and overcome objections
• Recommend new services by evaluating current aesthetic treatment process and patient goals
• Prepare financing contracts with lenders such as Care Credit and Loan Hero
• Minimum 75 outbound calls per day

TREATMENT SPECIALIST/REMOTE SALES QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-4 years of sales experience with an emphasis on business development and cold calling
• Proven experience in overcoming client objections and strong negotiating skills
• Ability to work remotely with a self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, punctual and professional
• Experience with Zoom, Docusign, Slack and 8x8 a plus

• UNCAPPED COMMISSION WITH AN AVERAGE MONTHLY COMMISSION TAKE HOME BETWEEN 20-35K. TOP SELLERS ARE MAKING OVER 50K PER MONTH.
