We are seeking a professional lash artist who is passionate about delivering flawless results and enjoys pampering their guests. We operate at the highest level of standards and integrity. COMPENSATION:

$15 hourly during Lash Lounge stylist training/certification

30% commission once certified

32% commission as a Senior Stylist

34% commission as a Master Stylist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and brows

Understand and promote retail products and memberships

Perform high-quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Generate new clientele through our amazing referral programs

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license. Must be licensed.

1+ years as a Lash Stylist, preferred

1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating guests on products and services offered

Ability to sign a one year contract

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
