    ****Role Summary

    As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating leads and scheduling appointments for our Account Executives. This role will heavily rely on cold calling and emailing, leveraging both cold and warm lead lists. Additionally, you will identify client needs and recommend appropriate product configurations to drive sales interest. **

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and cold calling.
    • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
    • Set up meetings between prospects and Sr. Account Executives
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
    • Consistently update Salesforce leads, tasks, and opportunities
    • Create and deliver professional demos and presentations
    • Deliver weekly sales results to the sales leadership team
    • Stay current with new products and new pricing plans

    Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in an inside sales role
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant field
    • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in BDR, SDR, AE, or similar role
    • Recent experience managing over 65 daily cold calls
    • Past two positions using Salesforce or similar CRM software
    • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel and/or Google Suite for analyzing data
    • Ability to prepare and deliver engaging presentations
    • Hands-on experience with a variety of sales techniques
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with professional references.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Background in the dental or healthcare industry.
    • Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or startup.

    Salary & Benefits

    • $80,000 On-Target Earnings ($55,000 Salary / $25,000 Comp)
