    POSITION: PROVISIONER II

     

    OPPORTUNITY SNAPSHOT

    The Provisioner II will support all customer orders as they relate to interconnection services. Internally, they may work with the Implementation teams, the Global Command Center, Billing, and the Customer Service team to create a positive customer experience. They will learn and understand The Digital Realty Trust business model and daily operations. Primary responsibilities include managing customer communication for interconnection services and finalizing all activities related to product selection.

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    • Associate Degree or three years telecom experience
    • Understanding of telecom structured cabling standards
    • High proficiency in managing and resolving Customer inquiries.
    • Must work well in a team environment.
    • General Knowledge of Circuit Provisioning
    • Knowledge of/IXC/CLEC/inter-company operations and procedures

    DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be proficient in MS applications.
    • Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer) and or/equivalents

    THE ROLE

    • Review customer cross connect and disconnect requests for all interconnection services.
    • Troubleshoot all CFA (Circuit Facility Assignments) with the customer, carriers, and onsite Digital Realty staff.
    • Verify LOA (Letter of Authorization) information and ensure accurate billing is applied as per customer contract.
    • Apply accurate products to each customer interconnection order and ensure its accuracy within inventory and billing systems.
    • Act as primary point for various data entry projects

  • Qualifications
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications; InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
    • Proficiency in MS Office such as Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
    • Knowledge of XD, Spark, Premier Pro, and After Effects.
    • Knowledge of Revit, Sketchup, Rhino on Windows for CAD documentation.
    • Knowledge about design elements, such as color and composition.
    • Must possess design talent, creative energy and organizational skills.
    • Ability to anticipate, identify and troubleshoot problems and recognize alternative actions.
    • Ability to provide excellent, consistent service to internal and external clients in a supportive and professional manner.
    • Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment and must possess good interpersonal skills.
